مرحبًا بك في جن، تطبيق القصص والأساطير العربية. نحترم خصوصيتك، ولذلك صممنا التطبيق ليعمل بأقل قدر ممكن من البيانات. لا حساب، ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا حاجة لمشاركة أي معلومة شخصية لاستخدامه.
١. ما لا نجمعه
لا يطلب منك جن اسمًا، أو بريدًا إلكترونيًا، أو رقم هاتف، أو أي معلومة تعريف شخصية عند الاستخدام. لا يوجد نظام حسابات في التطبيق، ولا نقوم بتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى، ولا نستخدم أي إعلانات.
٢. ما يُخزَّن، وأين
يحتفظ التطبيق ببعض التفضيلات محليًا على جهازك فقط، ولا تُرسل هذه البيانات إلى أي خادم خارجي:
- القصص المفضّلة لديك
- نسبة تقدّمك في قراءة كل قصة
- تفضيلات القراءة (السمة، حجم الخط، تباعد الأسطر)
- حالة اشتراكك (مجاني أو مميز)
- تفعيلك أو عدم تفعيلك لإشعار "قصة الليلة"، ووقت الإشعار المفضّل لديك
عند حذف التطبيق من جهازك، تُحذف هذه البيانات معه تلقائيًا، لأنها لم تُخزَّن في أي مكان آخر.
٣. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات
تتم معالجة عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق عبر App Store من Apple وشريكنا لإدارة الاشتراكات RevenueCat. عند الاشتراك، تُشارَك معلومات المعاملة الضرورية (مثل معرّف الشراء وحالة الاشتراك) مع RevenueCat لإدارة اشتراكك والتحقق من صلاحيته، وذلك وفق سياسة خصوصية RevenueCat الخاصة بها. نحن لا نرى ولا نخزّن معلومات بطاقتك المصرفية في أي وقت؛ فهذه العملية تتم بالكامل عبر أنظمة Apple الآمنة.
٤. الإشعارات
إذا فعّلت إشعار "قصة الليلة"، فإن الإذن يُدار بالكامل عبر نظام iOS، ولا يُستخدم لأي غرض آخر غير تذكيرك بقصة جديدة في الوقت الذي تختاره. يمكنك إلغاء تفعيله في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك أو من داخل التطبيق.
٥. الأطفال
جن تطبيق يحتوي على قصص رعب وأساطير قد لا تناسب الأطفال دون السن المناسب المحدد في تصنيف المتجر App Store، ولا نجمع عمدًا أي بيانات من الأطفال.
٦. حقوقك
بما أن التطبيق لا يحتفظ ببيانات خارج جهازك، فإن حذف التطبيق يعادل حذف كل بياناتك المرتبطة به بالكامل. لأي استفسار أو طلب يخص خصوصيتك، يمكنك مراسلتنا مباشرة.
٧. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة ميزات جديدة (مثل المزامنة عبر iCloud أو الإحصاءات المجهولة الهوية مستقبلًا)، وسننشر أي تحديث على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.

Welcome to Jinn, an app of Arabic short stories and folklore. We respect your privacy, so the app was designed to run on as little data as possible. No account, no sign in, and nothing personal is required to use it.
1. What we do not collect
Jinn never asks for your name, email, phone number, or any personal identifying information. There is no account system in the app, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use ads of any kind.
2. What is stored, and where
The app keeps a few preferences locally on your device only. None of this data is ever sent to an external server:
- Your favorited stories
- Your reading progress in each story
- Reading preferences (theme, font size, line spacing)
- Your subscription status (free or Pro)
- Whether you enabled the nightly story reminder, and your preferred reminder time
Deleting the app from your device deletes all of this data with it, since none of it is stored anywhere else.
3. Subscriptions and payments
In app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and our subscription management partner, RevenueCat. When you subscribe, the transaction details needed to manage and validate your subscription (such as a purchase identifier and subscription status) are shared with RevenueCat, subject to RevenueCat's own privacy policy. We never see or store your payment card details at any point; that process happens entirely through Apple's secure systems.
4. Notifications
If you enable the "story of the night" reminder, that permission is managed entirely by iOS and is never used for any purpose other than reminding you about a new story at the time you choose. You can turn it off at any time from your device settings or from within the app.
5. Children
Jinn contains horror stories and folklore that may not be suitable for children below the age indicated by the App Store rating, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.
6. Your rights
Since the app keeps no data outside your device, deleting the app is equivalent to deleting all of your associated data completely. For any privacy related question or request, you can contact us directly.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when new features are added (such as iCloud sync or anonymous analytics in the future), and any update will be published on this page along with a revised date.
